Company History
Mesa Verde Publishing, originally "Mesa Verde Ventures", was born out of the part-time endeavor of Lauren Danver, in 2004.
Mesa Verde Ventures (MVV) was organized formally as a sole-proprietorship in 2005, and became the full time project of Lauren Danver in early 2006. MVV's early online projects consisted of domain sales, website development, and product marketing. As Lauren's knowledge of online marketing increased, the business focus sharpened into what is known today as Mesa Verde Publishing's "Online Division". MVP's electronic division focuses solely on bringing value-added content geared towards online learning and consumer education in a wide variety of subjects.
In early 2008, Steven Danver joined Mesa Verde Publishing and the Print Publishing arm of MVP was born. The business reorganized from a sole proprietorship to the general partnership that it is today. With the addition of Steven Danver in 2008, he brings to MVP over ten years of editorial experience.
